- Green gram: 1 cup
- Puffed rice: 1 cup
- Onion: 1 small finely chopped
- Tomato: 1 small de-seed and finely chopped
- Meeta: 2 tea spoons
- Green chutney: 1 table spoon
- Mixture: 1 handful
- Red chilly powder: 1 tea spoon
- Salt to taste.
- Wash and soak the green gram in water for about 6 hours.
- Drain the excess water and keep it in the hot pack for about 3-4 hours. The green gram will get sprouted.
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Toss and serve immediately!!
