I have already posted the recipe for the yummy Paneer bhurji. The same stuffing inside toasted bread, makes a healthy breakfast for kids and adults alike.
- Bread : 4 slices (white or brown)
- Paneer bhurji: 1 cup
- Ghee/oil: 1 table spoons
- On a pan, toast the bread slices with oil/ghee.
- Spread a generous scoop of paneer bhurji on top.
- Close and toast again.
