- Cucumber: 2 small
- Coriander leaves: a small bunch
- Green chilies: 1 small
- Grated coconut: 1 cup
- Wash and peel the cucumbers.
- Chop it finely. The finer it is, the better.
- Now add all the other ingredients. Mix gently.
- Can be served hot/cold.
